The whole process took one week from submitting resume, to the phone interview to the 1.5 hr assessment centre on a Saturday. The assessment centre is split into 3 parts: 30 min presentation by Serco, 30 min face to face interview with a team leader and a 30 min computer test. Your referees will be sent a 20 question survey to complete. Make sure they are happy to complete that for you. They will contact you after 4 weeks. Still waiting on reply.
