Role found in Job Board Filled out company application form Interview @ 10 days later Interview arranged by Serco for Friday afternoon i6:00 Interview changed on day to 15:30 Greeted by interviewing manager in reception - Poor initial impression offered a coffee by manager which I accepted - When I asked for sugar in my coffee the manager ripped the top off 2 sachets of sugar with his teeth and pour them into my coffee, nice! We went into interview room where I met another manger both of them interviewed me, I was asked to reprise my CV and first manager became agitated and impatient. He then asked me what I knew about Serco when I mentioned some of the customers that I was aware of and were on the homepage of the Serco website he appeared to be unaware of some of Serco's customers. The interview went downhill fast I was relieved when the manager stated it was working for him and I stated that I had noticed that very soon after the interview had commenced. I thanked him for his time we shook hands and I left - probably one of the worst interviews I have ever had!
