The interview process varies based on your position. Most career tracks meet with the hiring manager and the Regional Portfolio Manager. Then if you are in leasing, you'll also meet with a Regional Leasing Manager. It can take longer than you may like as we try to coordinate schedules. The background process is also a bit longer than desired because it is pretty extensive. I strongly recommend being honest on your application because if not, they'll find out and then the offer will most likely be rescinded.
