Straight forward and each step explained to me - I had 3 stages, interview, second interview and job offer. All well communicated throughout. I did some aptitude tests too. Some do get asked for a trial day or half day but i did not get asked to do this.

Entretien
I applied online and submitted my CV and cover letter. Sequence then invited me to attend an open evening, which involved me chatting to them. The set up was a little odd, as other members of staff were also chatting to potential candidates in the room.
I was informed I'd been successful and proceeded through to the next stage, an online personality test. However, since I have chased up and they haven't got back to me, obviously I wasn't successful but it would have been nice if they had told me and not just ignored me.

Entretien
I applied online and was then invited in for a 1st interview with the hiring manager. the next stage was to complete some assessments online before being invited back in for a 2nd interview and to meet the team I would be working with. I was then offered the position
