1st round of interview was online with only the HR
2nd round of interview in person with another HR & 2 hiring manager
Both interviee lasted about 20 - 30 minutes
Though this happened a while ago, I had 8 rounds of interview for an Executive role. Some rounds of interview were even duplicated.
It would be much appreciated if the interview process could be simplified and more efficient for such a junior role.
