The interview was extremely easy! When I went in we talked about my passion for the world of makeup and what I would do within the company. It's very laid back and I didn't worry at any point throughout the interview

Interview process usually is a 2-3 step process. Metrics are important to this company so your punctuality, selling background, and dollar amounts of how much you have sold in the past per hour are all important. They are also assessing your personality and efficiency as a makeup artist. You should be welcoming and fit into Sephora's values. They may ask you to show examples of your makeup application.

My sales background was asked about as well as a difficult client experience that I've had.
Relatively easy. I believe they wanted to see how well I interviewed to determine if I’d be a good fit for costumer interactions. I was just myself. I also did a “second” interview where I had to do a makeup demo. Their always making sure you talk up the products
