I had 4 separate interviews. The first was from a J.C.Penney recruiter, the second from a Sephora Experience manager, the third from the store manager of J.C. Penney, and the Fourth from the District Manager of J.C.Penney.
All of the interviewers except the district managers were very nice and knew their jobs. They stayed in constant contact throughout the interview process until the end. The work culture seemed great and very diverse.
My advice would be to try and wow the district manager. He seemed to hold all the cards. It is very disappointing to go through 4 interviews and never hear back. This is my second week of waiting.

I had 3 interviews. They were on location and quite easy. I met with the district manager and the process was about an hour. She was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all questions I had

Entretien
It was a situational interview with the format PAR (problem, action, resolution). The environment was professional yet relaxed. It was expired that a question could be skipped and revisited at the end. Business professional in black, white, grey or red (concept colors) is preferred.

Entretien
Very long. Used behavioral interview questions. Phone interview with 4 different people and an additional in person interview. Many questions revolved around what I did in past, ie, behavioral questions.
