I applied online via LinkedIn and was contacted by the hiring manager the next day to set up a phone screen. During the phone screen, the interviewer was sitting in a very loud area and it was difficult to understand him. The interview itself was OK. I did not hear back for a week so I reached out to my interviewer asking for an update. I received a response 3 weeks later that they would not be proceeding.
