The interview process consisted of three rounds:
One-way video interview
Virtual interview with HR
In-person interview with the Hiring Manager
The first two rounds went smoothly given my experience level. The in-person interview with the Hiring Manager was more challenging, and I had the impression that the outcome had already been decided.
