Entretien
Recruiters are in top of it and had a lot of good things to say about their experience working with the company. Interviews were pleasant enough.
I will say they ask for a presentation/demo but give no subject or real guidelines on what they’re looking for. This leaves you in a spot of wondering if you should present the ‘hero features’ of a product or dive into a higher subject.
My suggestion to the company would be to define what they would like presented and demonstrated so they’re comparing apples to apples. Creativity flourishes inside the confines of structure.

Entretien
This was a very unorganized process. Interviewers no showed. Took weeks to hear back from the hiring manager or recruiter. Miscommunication between the hiring manager and recruiters. Seemed like they wanted someone with sales contacts and who could help with pipeline generation. This is normally a requirement for a salesperson, not a sales engineer.
