Entretien
30 minute phone screen interview was set up by their scheduler. Overall a nice experience. The recruiter had nice energy and was clearly a pro at fielding questions and pivoting difficult ones. The company has a presence in Israel which made me uncomfortable, especially after the recruiter pivoted so quickly after I asked more about it. I was moved to the next round of interviewing but will most likely pull my application for personal reasons.

HR Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Hiring Manager Peer, Head of CS org. It great, I was told by each that I was definitely a running to go final stages, then DEAD SILENCE, no response, nothing.. not even thanks but no thanks! It was disappointing since we are all desperate to get a job since so many layoffs in tech.

A lady from talent acquisition asked me a few questions and just simply rejected without any reasons articulated. The communication took so long. It was more like interrogation rather than interview.

Entretien
The interview process at SentinelOne was a truly positive experience from start to finish. It included an initial screening with the People team, followed by several rounds with the hiring manager and other team members. Everyone I met was sharp, well-prepared, and respectful of my time — all interviews started on time and felt meaningful.
Even though I didn’t receive an offer due to the high level of competition, I can only be grateful for having had the chance to meet such talented and professional people.
