Multiple interviews with varying teams in various time zones. The recruiter was right there the entire time making sure I knew what to expect (who the interviewer was in relation to the position I was interviewing for, managers manager, manager's peer, etc) and was pretty quick to debrief me. Recruiters have a tough job as most of the time they really do not get to be the one to give good news, mine was amazing and let me know where I was lacking and how I needed to prep for the next person. I was never given "answers" but I was given adequate and appropriate information to prepare.
