The guys was kind sleezy, I wouldn't trust the company. i don't suggest you work there. Its also a cold calling company and you work independently. Maybe if you like that you should go for it but i wouldn't

The interview was on the phone, the person on the phone becomes your coach/mentor, and you do not have a boss, you get advice from your mentor, you organize your working hours with her/him and you get to earn money from your commissions

Entretien
All over the phone but intensive process. The interviewer was very detailed about the job and the qualifications. The training took place via the internet but didn't have the typical hour of salesman testimonials that I hate. Seemed exactly what they are and they are not MLM which was an initial concern.
