I was hired through a co-op system. The interview was very straightforward. Just a single interview with the two employees on the team I'd be working on. A previous co-op was there just in case I had any questions about his experience in the company. The interview itself revolved largely around my personality and how well I gelled with my the interviewers. It was more of a testing/reporting position so there wasn't really any technical questions involved.
