The interviews were easy. They asked basic background and behavioral questions. All the interviews were conducted via phone and Skype. I was told I was a great fit for the Functional / Technical Analyst role; however, there were no vacancies as their current employees were on the bench. They were looking to get more work starting in early 2017. I was told by the recruiter that I will be reached out in January with an offer. I never received an email from the recruiter, so I took the initiative to email and call the recruiter multiple times. I have yet to hear anything from the recruiter. It is extremely unprofessional to ignore candidates, especially when you indicate an offer will be extended out to them.
