I had a phone interview with 2 people in management. I was asked about my job experience and why I was interested in changing careers. In the end they told me they wanted to give me a 2nd interview via zoom and would send the link. It's been weeks and I never got the link and haven't heard anything from them. They were unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time since they can't even notify candidates that they are no longer interested
