Process initially started off with a recruiter to see if there would be a great fit across the board, eventually moved forward to a technical interview problem that would be rated at likely an LC easy problem
Past the phone technical there was an onsite that occurred with several members of the org where it seemed the conversation went well and flowed fairly well, mostly focused on checking if there would be a good fit within the team, a system design problem on a communication platform. After this, I expect some kind of follow up with regards to if they passed/failed me but I guess nothing came up as it's been months since this interview occurred with no communication.
Overall the interviews were fairly fun but the lack of communication near the end left a bit of a bad taste

The hiring manager was very pleasant and upon successful screener interview I was given a Starbucks giftcard!
The engineer who I done my coding interview with was also extremely pleasant.
The coding interview was straightforward and the question was manageable.
My only complaint would be that a good portion of the coding interviews time was used up by talking.

Scheduled a zoom interview, the recruiter never showed up. They apologized and rescheduled, then never showed up to that call. They apologized again, rescheduled one more time and they didn't show up to that call either. Extremely unprofessional.
