Very poor. Interviewer was amateur and tried to ask the questions which belong to the API documentation of React. Quoting an example: "React recently introduced some lifecycle hooks in class based components, can you name them?" and this happened after at least year and half since the react hooks release, yet, interviewer was looking for the old class based components lifecycle hooks.
Interviewer wasnt an expert with React framework yet yet tried to discuss framework related stuff, it felt like he found some checklist on internet which he probably doesnt understand himself!
Not a single question about how modern web applications actually work!

Entretien
I interviewed for the Sr. Software Engineering position at Dublin (Ireland) office. The interview process took about three weeks and was pretty standard: the call with a recruiter, programming and design interviews and a few behavioural interviews with the director of engineering and CTO. Everyone was friendly and provided very detailed answers to all of my questions about short and long term company goals. People seem very inspired by the product and technology. Also, the interview feedback was instantaneous and thorough, and I was receiving responses within a couple of days from the interview.

Entretien
Screening call with recruiter, technical interview with two engineers on Coderpad, design interview with another engineer, two interviews around my experience/culture fit/etc with senior managers.
The process took around two months and sometimes took a while to get feedback or an indication of what the next steps would be. But once they did get in touch the recruiter was always very communicative and helpful. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely interested and willing to talk about the role and the company in general.

Describe how you would build a messaging app like WhatsApp.
The recruiting team was great, they talked me through what the company is up to and what their process looks like. I got introduced to the Hiring Manager who gave me a solid overview of the role. The actual interviews were very down-to-earth. I did some programming with a tech lead on a tricky but understandable problem. From there I talked to the team about my past projects and how I've built large systems in the past.
I ended up taking another offer but Sendoso was in my top three.
