1. Apply for the position on the company portal in about 20 minutes. 2. Wait one month to hear back from the recruiter. 3. A 30-minute video interview with Sr HR was scheduled for the same week, and asked many questions, including salary expectations. The woman does not give that much attention to you; she partially looks at the screen occasionally because she is just filling out a form during the interview, asking again and again what you mean and repeating what you say for her to write it. 4. 30 min Interview with the hiring manager a few days later. Normal standard conversation with behavioral questions about past job experiences. 5. They request to complete a reference questionnaire. Each one of your references is going to need to complete the online form. It is tedious, and my references hate it. It takes about 30 minutes to complete, and they request five references. 6. Approximately two weeks after the first contact with the HR people, they schedule in-person interviews, 2 hours in agenda but can take more, and during that time, you are getting interviews by the team one by one. Again, they ask behavioral questions and write simultaneously, so be prepared to be talking in front of people writing and not looking at you; super formal energy, serious, and not super friendly. After the interview, they say you can hear more about the following process directly from HR. 7. Wait and continue waiting for WEEKS because the company is ghosting you. No rejection emails, no thank you for all the time invested, no feedback, just silence. Honestly, the first company I had the experience of being ghosted after such a long hiring process, was shocking because I supposed it was a good reputation company, but if they treat their candidates like that… That's a NO THANK YOU to me.
