Lengthy interview process. Hardly any guidelines or set expectations. They haven't explained the position they are hiring for in both interviews. Usually, the company tells you what they are expecting from you. Nada!! In both interviews, there were people missing who were supposed to attend. NO FOLLOW-UP! I emailed they didn't even respond.
