The interview was rather shocking because only one interviewer turned up at first and he wasn't one of the two interviewers (one was VP and another was senior VP) that were supposed to interview me (according to the e-mail sent to me by the secretary). He was the assistant VP and he asked me a few standard interview questions before he gave me a written test on water treatment. The first few questions were about water quality and the others were about the design of membrane bioreactors. Unfortunately I was not able to answer them well as my memory had been eroded after my lengthy PhD studies, which is on a very narrow topic. I was given 30 minutes to answer but in the middle of the test, another two interviewers came in. One of them was the VP who I was told would interview me, but another one was an engineer whom I was told nothing about. It was a nerve-wracking experience honestly because of the unpredictability. After the test the engineer asked me a few questions about my leadership experience. The VP just asked me whether I am a local or not, and then the interview ended.
