They want to know everything about you but when you ask for the salaries they are closed off and will hide that info from you. keeping information of salary is the key way to strong hole the new potential hires to a lower pay so they have all the power and I was told that being bilingual is an asset but they will not pay extra for your whole life experience, and the educational value that is not an asset for them. Meanwhile, I am trilingual and she never bothered to look at all my certificates and resume. Someone needs to revise that manager position as a lower standard education than me cuz she has only one language to communicate with and does not care about the extremely hard work ethic that is involved to have times tree languages and the efforts to carry that education. she was very insulting and I think afraid of someone taking her job in the future.
