Firstly there was a phone call with the recruitment officer and then a meeting with the head of the recruitment team. The interview was 35 minutes long and was a competency-based interview in person. The head of the team ran through a few standard questions. The focus was mainly on staying power, motivation and whether or not I was a good fit for the team.
