After the application and initial assessment, the fist stage was a teams video interview. This was mostly a strength-based interview as well as one behavioural question and one question about the modules I had done at Uni. 12 questions altogether with an opportunity to ask questions. The next stage was an assessment centre (AC) which consisted of 5 activities: a 10 min interview, a group exercise, 2 individual activities and a paired activity. The interview had a presentation element about how my journey prepared me for SF, as well as other questions about whether I am someone who is outgoing and even a question about a technical skill that I need to improve. In the group exercise, we had to solve a problem at a site while being given different roles and limitations. The paired exercise was about branding and image and the individual activities involved looking at data and options to find either the best or the correct solution. Overall there were some decent staff but the AC felt very rushed given the minimal time to do the activities since most of them only had about 5 mins.
