Very relaxed and informal, with a lot of information on what to expect of the company and position. The interviewing team was very friendly, and provided me with a letter of intent to hire upon an offer being made. I interviewed with two of the driver supervisors, who would ultimately by my direct supervisors. I felt great about the interview and was hired on the spot.
