Began with a 30-minute chat with the recruiter. She was very helpful in the beginning. Then I met with three people on the marketing team. Staff seems very young and not diverse at all. I didn’t find one person of color on the entire 50-person marketing team. The interviews went well even though the staff looked frazzled. Recruiter dropped the ball at the end with no follow up. I had to inquire about the role, which they retooled for a more junior candidate.
