Very thorough process, got to meet good part of the team. One take home exercise, a technical exercise in person followed by a number of video interviews with peers in America.

Entretien
I got a call from the recruiter a few days after submitting my application online. From there, I had an interview with the hiring manager and then had 3 business days to complete the tech challenge. The tech challenge was answering a series of questions they get from their customers. I found it beneficial as it was representative of what the job actually entailed day to day. After the tech challenge, I interviewed with 5 people from the San Francisco office remotely. They consisted of a customer experience interview, culture interview, a tech interview (on something I was asked to research ahead of time), feedback from the hiring manager on previous tech challenge that was submitted, and finally an interview with the head of the Customer Success team.
It ultimately didn't work out, but I had an extremely positive experience with the company. The recruiter provided communication and feedback throughout the entire process. It's obvious they take a lot of pride in their work culture, and I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of people and the professionalism of everyone involved.
