Had a Phone interview with a ViCe President. Was invited to attend in-person 1-on-1 interviews with staff, which included analysts, consultants, Vice Presidents, and HR. Also was asked to take an excel skill test.

Simple, they asked me a few questions challenging questions regarding teamwork. Asked about background and experience, what makes you fit to work there. Overall it was not a bad interview process in my opinon.
