The intetview had multiple stages:
1st HR
2nd Hiring Mgr
3rd Hiring Mgr and another CSM : assessment
4th Head of Product
5th VP of Sales
6th CEO
After no shows of some of them, replacements and resheduling I completed ALL stages.
And I have received regular rejection letter without giving any specific update/feedback or reasoning, I found thid unprofessional and very direspectful towards an applicant waisting so much time and going through all stages.

Entretien
Fairly easy going, conversationally based dialogue centered around previous CSM and recruitment experience.
They run a pretty elementary Customer Success process where there is essentially no specialization within the company. You own basically all interaction with the customer following implementation. Successfully obtaining renewals will be your primary KPI.
Interviewers kept it simple and did not overcomplicate the process. I was given timely feedback following each interview as well.
