The interview process was overwrought for an opportunity that pays towards the bottom end of the scale for the area. Very, very slow process compared to other similar sized companies I have spoken to. It was three behavioral rounds - one of which used their AI interview platform. This was a red flag for me that their own AI interview platform wasn't effective enough to replace other early round interviews. The conversations I had reduced my confidence in this company greatly - the longevity of the role was poor, the product didn't sound solid, and general comments about the state of the company didn't sound great.
