I went through several stages: a screening call, a personal interview with the VP R&D, a home assignment involving prompt engineering, and finally an onsite interview to discuss the assignment with the VP Sales. Unfortunately, the final interviewer (VP Sales) arrived 20 minutes late to a 1-hour meeting, and I didn’t receive any meaningful feedback following the rejection. The process started strong but ended in a way that felt unprofessional and dismissive, especially after the effort put into the assignment and multiple interviews.
