The beginning of the process was not hard at all - an initial phone call, another phone call, some skills tests, and then a phone interview. Things went south on that phone interview, I felt that my interviewer was very unprofessional. He called me 15 minutes late and insisted on speaking through a speaker, which made him almost impossible to understand at times. I was not given an offer, but in retrospect, it was probably for the best. I don't want to work for a company that's like this right off the bat.

And asked one scenario question that had to be answered in STAR FORMAT. Boom passed , immediately offered an interview with the hiring manager. Interview did over WEBEX. Talked to me about the job and also asked one scenario question. Also had me read a fake claims script. Ah week later I was offered a position so in all two weeks

Wacky. Doesn’t appear that HR and the Hiring Managers are working together. They have a long list of jobs on the website, but if you don’t fit into the exact time slot the hiring manager needs, you are out. IMO not a good way to do business. You look for the best candidates and see what open positions they may fit instead of just one position.
