Applied online. A few weeks later, I got an email from a recruiter, saying my resume had been reviewed, and I needed to take a few online tests. I took a personality test and an IQ test, that was more interesting than difficult. Allow some time to complete both of these. I then got a call from a HR recruiter to schedule an interview. I interviewed witha hiring manager who asked the basic questions. I thought it went well, but didn't recieve an offer.

Great. Clean Office. Friendly vibe. Straight and to the point reviewed my resume and went over some questions. Let it open for me to ask questions. At the end of the interview process they have you take a basic assignment test and the end of the test is an essay part. Make sure you use 100 words minimum.

What was one thing I wanted to gain from working with them
The interview process was quick, simple, painless and to the point. I was sent an email to set up a day and time for a video interview. I got that scheduled, and few days later I had my interview.

Entretien
Very easy, basic interview questions. They really want to get a sense of your career goals and personality. Spent time talking about job role and expectations and the rest was going over my resume and talking about my work experience.
