Applied online, got invited to the first interview, testing, and then second interview. Normal testing as in most companies, just a pleasant conversation. There weren't many technical questions, more as a pleasant conversation regarding my professional plans and past experience.

I had 3 phases: 1) knowledge exam of company, Java and some general questions 2) programming skills - I got some tasks for programming and I had 5 days to complete that (very easy) 3) IQ Test and Personality Quiz
