Format starts with an initial screening interview, and if you pass that they give you an assessment to complete in a day. Do well on that and you make it to the final interview.
After the first interview they came to me and adjusted the hourly rate to fit that I lack experience.
Ended up being told they liked me but they wanted me to have more experience and that they were not wanting to be the ones to give me the chance to get it. Feels like it was a massive waste of my time and effort when the rate change probably said they weren't going to go with me in the first place; the negative feedback loop is very frustrating.
