Did not enjoy the interview with the recruiter. She did most of the talking and barley let me say a full sentence. I have a 4 year degree in law, 10 years security manager, military experience and all im good for is an hourly supervisor position. Haha. Applied for a site manager position however, recruiter did not want me to take that position. Recruiter wanted me at a low paying, back breaking hourly supervisor position. Said it be a better fit. They will not find quality candidates if they keep this practice up. I doubt the company will last within the next few years. After I hung up I withdrew my application. What a waist of my time.
