Applied on indeed for unarmed security guard role in my city. didnt hear back, applied again through another website, and got a phone call that day asking for my availability. No real interview.
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company
