Lousy! They just needed someone to run an account and submit payroll. It was a run them through quickly interview. Have them answer a couple of questions and if they could answer them , you were .hired. It was a joke just like their Management and payroll system. My experience is I have a brain and was hired. They would like for you to refrain from using your brain. I have been there over 13 years,
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
