3 rounds normal happen for fresher
Aptitude test is normal hard,
Technical round is normal asking about OOPS concept, SDLC process and sql queries
Mock call with Director which ask technical and process question.
HR round was did by Director which check normal communication skill and other stuff

Technical test of multiple choice question , which have .NET and SQL related questions including WCF and LINQ.If you selected in test then conduct face to face interview which is technical as well as HR related questions asked.
