Complete lack of transparency regarding location requirements. Despite confirming my willingness to relocate in every stage (HR and Manager interviews) I was rejected at the very end solely because I am "not based in Warsaw."
Please ensure that your recruitment team and hiring managers are aligned on "must-have" criteria before inviting candidates for multiple interview rounds. Respecting a candidate’s time is crucial for employer branding. If being locally based in Warsaw from day one is a strict requirement, it should be filtered out during the CV screening, not after the final manager interview.
