After submitting my application I was asked by CEO Amber Hayes via LinkedIn to submit two 5 minute videos detailing why I wanted to work their and what questions I had about the position. Despite emails and messages inquiring further, Amber and SecondKeys just ghosted me. Disappointing. A 30 second email saying we found a better candidate would have sufficed.
