I saw they were hiring so I dropped off my resume, they called me in for an interview. They asked questions about current trends, what my favorite brands are, etc. Then I had a phone interview with the district manager, she asked me what fashion shows I liked to watch and a whole lot of other questions about trends, brands, etc.

A unique question they asked was to pick out an outfit from the store for a certain event and describe why you would wear it.

Entretien
It was relaxed no pressure, they basically want to you to have retail experience. They look to see how respond to questions as they see what your personality is like and want to see if you're a person who can get along with others and attract customers.

Entretien
On arrival the manager who conducted the interview greeted me and took me to their backroom. I notice that they did not have a office or break room, just a backroom behind a curtain. The District manager was also present during the interview which was brief and they took turns asking me questions.
