I was called for an initial Zoom meeting and was invited to interview in person the next week. I went to the 2nd interview, which went well, and was told to expect to hear back in a week. It's been 2 and a half months, and I haven't received responses to my "thank you" email after the 2nd interview, a follow up email to that, as well as a 3rd email to HR to inquire on the status of the job. What started as a great experience quickly turned into a disrespectful lack of communication. If that's how they choose to treat prospective employees, I can assume it's baseline for any communication in the workplace.
