I was called by the recruiter and the person explained me about the compay in detail and told me what company is looking for in the job. They asked me to come to their office and face the interview. Although it was a five hour affair, after two technical interviews and finally with HR I was asked to tell my expectations. I was offered a decent 35% jump from my previous salary and was askd to join fast. I received my formal offer letter in three days time on email . In all the experience was good and gave a feeling of a planned manner of the company.
