They called and screened over the phone then it was a group panel interview. They asked us to pick an item to sale then put us in teams to see how well you work with others. Then they go out and deliberate then they tell you if you got the job

it was very easy. just answered questions about myself and explained why i was interested in the job. The manager that had interviews me he was very nice and caring.
