At first I was interviewed over the phone. I was called back weeks later and notified that I would be flying to Chicago, all expences paid for a second look interview. It consisted of two 1 on 1 interviews, a group assisment, and multiple other events that lasted from 7am to 4pm. I enjoyed my experience throughout the day, and thought I did great, but I was informed three weeks later that there would be no offer on the table for me.
