The process took 4 days. I did my application online and received an email from an HR recruiter about a hiring event but missed it because i didn't open that email until the day of and it was already over. I was contacted again the next day and he offered to get me an interview confirmed prior the last holiday hiring event.
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
