I applied for Sears and got a call a couple hours later from the Human Resources Department. I went into interview a week after. I had to wait about 20 minutes upon arrival before the head cashier took me to the interviewing room. They asked me several questions involving my experience with people and how I handle tough problems. The interview took about half an hour.

Applied over the phone. Received 1 phone interview where I was just asked about my schedule and if I had any experience. I was Offered a job over the phone but declined
