The process was long for such job. They had me do three interviews on different days. Then I had to do a drug screen and background check. Each interview consisted of basic interview questions. Nothing that was asked should worry you. I was honest and straightforward. They also tell you about credit cards and reward programs. Your last interview is usually with the store manager. The store manager is usually friendly and by then u pretty much have the job. You always wanna smile and show initiative. Also show your personality a little bit and you will impress him or her. Always be open minded. Sometimes they try to test you to see if you will run out if the interview.
Easy interview, they asked basic soft skill questions and put an emphasis on selling credit cards. Originally only a seasonal position, but I did well enough that they hired me full time. There is a high turn over rate though.

Interview was extremely easy. Looking for someone for the holidays for a temporary position but was hired on due to high credit card sales. Interviewer asked basic situational questions and some behavioral questions as well.
Was asked to arrive at a given time. There were 10+ other people scheduled for that time. I was 2nd in line, so I stayed, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time.
