      I was contacted by two separate recruiters. Meet with the first one and they decided to pass. No big deal, however the second recruiter reached out for an interview. I let them know I had already meet with someone else and was I now being considered. No response. Sounds like they are not talking internally. Then a few days later I end up on what I am assuming is a distro list of some sort. It’s a daily email from their CEO about how great the company is and how they would really like me to join. Fast forward a week later and I get another LinkedIn request to talk to them about a job opportunity. It’s very discouraging to a person who is searching for a new opportunity. They either are not talking internally or they are ruthless to get their name and product out there any way they can!

      Multi-level process. Met with recruiter, then director, then VP and finally CEO. Smooth process with recruiter being the primary contact and coordinating everything. Took about 2 weeks total due to scheduling

      Primarily discussed past experience and job duties. Final discussion did dive deeper into tougher questions regarding numbers, etc.

      In all of my professional life, I've never experienced such a chaotic and unprofessional interview process as this one. I had a short phone screen with a recruiter, and then was promptly scheduled for a video interview with the head of the department a few days later. That call went really well and I was asked back to a third & final round, with the CEO and COO. I also provided the HR team with all of my references. This is when everything went downhill. The call with the CEO and COO went well.. I was offered the job while on the call and accepted. The COO and I negotiated a start-date, and the CEO ended the call with, "I bet your current company will be upset to hear you're leaving! We're happy to have you on board." I woke up the next morning to an email from HR, stating they are not moving me forward in the process, and best of luck on my job search. No explanation. Nothing. Job search? My job-search ended yesterday when I was offered the position by the CEO of the company? He asked me to put in my notice with my current employer ASAP..? I asked for a bit more clarity - there has to be some misunderstanding. The recruiter explained that they had gone with another candidate, and that "The CEO tends to get excited on calls, and doesn't fully weigh his thoughts and options before speaking." Like an impulsive child? What wonderful qualities to have in a CEO.. Listen, I'm from the start-up world and know that when your quickly growing things are overlooked and fall through the cracks but honestly there is no excuse for the owner of a company to offer a candidate a position, push them to start ASAP, only to reject them the next day because you "didn't fully weight your thoughts before speaking". Not the type of leader I'd ever want to work under. Everyone I had spoken to within the company had only been with Seamless for 3 months at most..so you can tell that company is just filled with inexperience. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. There are much more established companies out there with a better product, that treat their candidates with a bit more respect than this place.
